Common questions

How long do I have access?

Lifetime access. You can use the edition of the course you buy for as long as your account is open, including any updates to that edition. One purchase is for one person.

Can I buy a course for someone else or my team?

Each purchase is for one person, so everyone needs their own account. For a group, contact us.

What do I need to take the course?

A computer, tablet or phone with an internet connection. Your progress is saved to your account, so you can switch devices.

Purchases & receipts

Where do I find my receipt?

In My Learning, under Purchases. Every purchase has a receipt you can print or save as a PDF.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and non-refundable. You confirm this before you pay.

Purchase & Refund Policy

If you see a charge you do not recognise

Our payments are handled by Stripe through its Link service. The charge appears on your statement as LINK.COM* TCDA COURSES. If you see a charge you did not make, tell your card issuer and contact us.

Paid in another currency? Your card statement and the receipt from Link show the amount in that currency.

Certificates

How do I get my certificate?

Finish the course and pass the final assessment. Your certificate appears in My Learning, ready to download and print.

  • To earn a certificate, you must meet the requirements shown in the course, including passing the certification exam. The passing score is shown in the course. It is currently 90%.
  • Check your name before you take the exam. You can correct your name in Account settings; your certificate uses the name on your account.
  • Certificates do not expire. Each certificate reflects the scoring rules in force when you passed. When rules change, we may offer updated training, and event producers may ask for a current certificate.

Terms of Service: 6. The certification exam and certificates
